What currency do I pay in?
The currency is US Dollar.
The item I purchased is now on sale, can I have money back?
No. The prices stated on the website at moment of purchase is the price that applies. When finalizing your order, you accept the price.
Do you ship to my country?
Very likely, we ship to most countries in the world, just use the dropdown at the checkout to find your country.
Where is my order being shipped from?
We ship all orders from Vietnam.
How much do I pay for shipping?
The shipping charge will be added to your order and visible at checkout before you finalize the order. The shipping is based on the destination country, and we offer free shipping for domestic.
How is my order shipped?
We ship world wide with Singpost, your country's Post Office for Standard Shipping and FedEx for Express Shipping.
How is my order packaged?
All orders are packed with paper recycling box, wrapped outside with plastic.
Can I change my order?
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. If you would like to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail.
When do I receive my order?
We send out all orders within 24 hrs on working days. Holidays and bank holidays might affect this time. When the order is shipped you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. Normally, it will takes 20-25 business days for Standard Shipping and 7-15 business days for Express Shipping. If it takes longer, please contact us and we’ll have a look at what might have happened.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail with a link to where you track the parcel. But the tracking number is not actived yet.
If you choose Standard Shipping at Check out, your package will be transfered to SingPost, and delivered by your country's Post Office. In this case, the tracking number will be actived after 6-10 business days, once it is transfered from Vietnam to Singpost.
What happens if I do not receive my delivery?
Non accepted deliveries that are being sent back to Mỡ Corner is not a legitimate return.
You will be charged a cost $30 for administration and return shipping.
This is to cover all costs the order will be issued with when being returned to us.

Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

What happens if I refuse to pay additional taxes and duties?
If you refuse to pay additional taxes and duties, the package will be returned to the carrier and send back to Vietnam. We do not accept refunds if you refuse to pay for customs fees/tax duties.
I didn't pick up my order and now it has been sent back, can you send it again?
We can not send it out again. Your order will be refunded, with a deduction for shipping and handling costs. If you wish for your order to be sent out again, please put down a new order.
